Relationships come in many forms.
While many people discuss relationships between individuals, families and social groups; I propose that employees and their employers have responsibilities to each other.

I think it depends on the company and how they treat their employees to see how they will be treated. For instance, I worked for a large local healthcare company that treated their employees like crap. I don't think they should expect that I be loyal or have any expectations from me. On the other hand, the company I work for now is different. They try to treat us right and because of that, our teammates tend to be more loyal and work harder for the company. I have to be honest, I love it here and hope that I can continue for many more years to come (13 and counting).
